Aurora
Predominantly zoned as ORM Settlement Area, Aurora lies on the northern slope of the Oak Ridges Moraine, where local woodlands, wetlands, and valleylands drain north into the East Holland River system. Other notable natural heritage features include the provincially significant McKenzie Wetland, the Aurora Community Arboretum, and the Shepard’s Bush Conservation Area.
